Refund Policy

Any Rock IdentifierPro is a subscription. You can try the identifier free first, so you know what you're getting before you pay. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work in plain English.
Cancel anytime
Cancel whenever you like from your account using Manage subscription, which opens the secure Stripe billing portal. When you cancel, your Pro access stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for — you won't be charged again.
Refunds
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically. Because access is granted immediately and you can evaluate the tool for free beforehand, we don't generally refund time you've already had on an active plan once a billing period has started.
That said, we want you to feel fairly treated. If you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge or a renewal you intended to cancel), or the service was unavailable for a meaningful part of your billing period, email us at team@anyrockidentifier.com within 14 daysof the charge and we'll make it right — typically a full or prorated refund.
How to request a refund
Email team@anyrockidentifier.com from the address on your account and tell us what happened. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law (including, for EU/EEA consumers, rights under the Consumer Rights Directive). Where those rights apply, they take precedence over the terms above.
